After Brexit, some things changed for the UK industry. Visa sponsorships closed the doors to overseas talent. And it got me thinking… If the UK’s creative industry keeps shutting its doors to global creatives without so much as a conversation, how long before it loses its international allure? Aren’t we the business of solutions? Is it not our job to endlessly play around with borders? Maybe even long enough until they break.
